Vanessa delivered a vibrant and amusing 4sight slot at 4Networking Yeovil on 23 November, highlighting her 'momentous' mind and body journey to complete the Great South Run. Having never run in her life before, Vanessa made up her mind that she WOULD take on the challenge, whatever obstacles she came up against, to help her overcome her grief and prove to herself that there is life after death! In the process, she discovered a determination which she did not know she had and also raised several hundred pounds for the Wessex Autistic Society.
