Yesterday evening, Vanessa Ugatti addressed a 100-strong audience at the Move On Landlords Seminar, in Bournemouth,within the role of presenter.
 
Introducing the superb line-up of experts at the free local Landlord seminar, hosted by Move On Rentals, Vanessa set the tone of the evening and then provided additonal presenting duties, chairing the Q&A session at the end of the seminar.

Attendees were able to access up-to-date advice, guidance and information from dedicated specialists in a relaxed atmosphere covering Rental Law, Property Investment & Finance, Accounting Legislation, Debt Management, Landlord Compliance issues and the future of the local rental market.

The seminar was the first event of its kind outside of London and with the huge volume of landlords and property investors in the local area; the seminar was filled to capacity within days of its announcement.
