Train to Gain supports employers of all sizes and in all sectors to improve the skills of thier employees as a route to improving business performance. The Service offers skills advice on everything from Investors in People, basic skills through to leadership and management training.

Vanessa Ugatti trains and coaches people in the art of public speaking, so that their message is conveyed confidently and gives the right impression, first time.

A number of local businesses have already qualified for funding through the Train to Gain scheme, for public speaking training with Vanessa Ugatti and Watch Out World.
