Succeeding in a job interview and ‘securing that job’ has become a much more competitive prospect of late, due to the overwhelming amount of job losses and the numbers of qualified people applying for every available job. Some job interviews follow a traditional one-to-one meeting format and others can mean speaking in front of a panel of interviewers or even putting a presentation piece together to demonstrate your suitability for the role. So how are you going to stand out from the crowd and ensure that you are the preferred candidate?

Vanessa Ugatti and Watch Out World will work with you to improve how you come across in an interview situation. How to control your nerves, give off the correct vibes and appear confident. To succeed in that important interview, you not only need to display your knowledge and ability, but also present the entire package that interviewers are looking for in terms of body language, eye-contact and facial expression.

In order to help you get that job, we have developed two support packages.  Each package centres on personal one-to-one sessions with Vanessa, who will give practical and helpful confidence-building advice, together with presentation guidance, to enable you to deliver yourself dynamically and impressively.

Package 1
Two one-to-one sessions (approx. 60 minutes each), covering all aspects of advanced interview techniques from tone, content and delivery to posture and the WOW factors that will make you memorable.

Vanessa will also concentrate on helping you to master your nerves and appear confident allowing you to think on your feet when difficult questions or situations occur. Vanessa will give guidance and structure to your presentation, to give you the competitive edge you need to get your dream job.  The package also includes a rehearsal session before your interview.

Package 2
For those who are fairly confident with their ability but just need to work on their presentation technique and improve their delivery, Vanessa will provide two hour-long one-to-one sessions. By making your presentation and delivery more dynamic and memorable, you significantly increase your chances of getting the job you want.
