In terms of ROI on our investment you delivered 'gold'.  I was able to confidently deliver a fifteen minute presentation to a 200 strong audience whilst standing on a stage - and enjoyed it. 

This is from someone who has spent the last five years avoiding delivering any sales presentations let alone speaking on this scale.  Now I have conquered my stage fright, I will want to keep up the momentum and hone my skills, so will return for further training.
