Public speaking used to be something I would avoid at any cost. I remember standing there hoping the ground would open up beneath me. A year or so ago,  I attended a WOW course on public speaking and haven't looked back since. 

The course was run in a very professional way by Vanessa Ugatti and attended by a group of delegates in the same boat as me. Vanessa trained us on a number of techniques designed to make public speaking easier and it was a very enjoyable day. 

I have now spoken at a number of events and feel so much more confident than before. Vanessa has also just run a course for some of the senior managers at the hotel and again the feedback has been very strong with all concerned really feeling they had got to grips with this subject. I can highly recommend Vanessa's course for self and team development.
