Having recently attended one of your one-day training sessions on public speaking skills, I felt very confident in approaching you to further hone my skills for a presentation which I was asked to give at The British Association of Removers National Conference in London.

The two one-hour one-to-one sessions gave me the confidence to get up on stage and deliver a presentation to about 150 delegates - something which had previously been outside my comfort zone. 

Although I still feel the need for further improvement, the feedback I received has given me further confidence to get up and do the same thing again. One delegate did say to me afterwards "who have you been working with on your presentation skills? - that was one of the best we heard this morning." This is a great testimony to the work that you are doing Vanessa and I would like to thank you very much for your time.
