Vanessa Ugatti's down to earth approach to training people in public speaking skills really works.  She also has the ability to create a warm, supportive atmosphere which makes learning so much easier and fun.  I now feel better equipped to go out and speak at seminars on behalf of Paris, Smith and Randall LLP, knowing that I can do a good job.
