Like many people, I have feared presenting to the public for a number of reasons.  I attended one of Vanessa Ugatti's seminars and found the whole day most enjoyable. More importantly, I gained valuable insight on how to approach the art of speaking. Through various exercises throughout the day, my confidence grew and I can genuinely say that my fears have been obliterated. Vanessa has this amazing charisma which tends to bring the best out of people and is a born natural in her field.
