This is to say a big thank you for your help on what was an excellent day.  I got from this course my confidence back which I had lost after my retirement eight years ago. I had refused many offers of speaking to various groups because I felt with forgetting things enough was enough.  However when I got started, it all began to fall into line and away I went.  If you had not stopped me (my time was up) I would have just carried on with a subject I love talking about.  I just want to say that this confidence does not just apply to my ability in public speaking but is now with me every day and I will put all I gained to full use.
