Despite years of presenting to hundreds of people, I suddenly found myself having stage fright, every time I was asked to stand up and talk about my business. If you have ever stood in front of an audience and felt your heart pounding and your face turning beetroot red, then I know you will sympathise. Luckily for me, I met Vanessa Ugatti of WOW, at a networking event, and was sufficiently impressed to attend one of her public speaking courses.

Vanessa's course not only taught me the correct structure for a presentation but showed me different ways to get my audience to appreciate and understand my message. I received some invaluable feedback on posture and breathing and at the end of the day, I felt really great!
