I had met Vanessa several times before I had the courage to book a place on one of her courses. I need not have worried, as Vanessa has the ability to give you confidence in no time at all. At lunch, the difference in the group’s attitude was very noticeable. We learnt the importance of planning and constructing the speech as well as tips on delivering it powerfully.  She is not only inspiring but she very obviously cares for each individual person on her course. Vanessa seems to be able to single you out, whilst involving the other candidates, so you all feel like part of a team and therefore support and care for each other. For me, a very good investment!  I am now happy and confident to speak up at meetings.
